Quality

Best: nearly loss-less.
Good: with65536 colors, it is hard to tell the difference between compressed one and the original.
Normal: with 4096 adaptive colors, quality is good for most cases, available for EXE format only.
Basic: with 256 adaptive colors and acceptable quality. It is available for EXE format only.
Grayscale: Grayscale mode and super small file.

The lower mode will output smaller file. Final size lies on different contents. There is an estimation string beside the combo-box. If you choose AVI as output format, this option is not available any more, because AVI need standard video codec to compress which SSCV2 don¡¯t support. And the size of AVI file can bevaried from 3 to 10 times larger than SWF or EXE format, depend on which codec you choose. That¡¯s why AVI format is not recommended.
