DEFINITION

“the PRODUCT”, the full version of SCREEN2SWF and the related license key.

LICENCE AGREEMENT

By downloading and/or in any way using the PRODUCT you indicate that you do accept this license agreement. If you are unable or unwilling to accept this license agreement then you may not use the PRODUCT and must return and/or destroy all copies of the PRODUCT in your possession.

YOU MAY

- Install the PRODUCT.
- Copy the PRODUCT for backup purpose.
- Run the PRODUCT on one (or more, up to the number specified in the license) computer (computers) at a time for commercial and other purposes provided you are a registered user and you have a valid license for the corresponding edition of the PRODUCT.

YOU MAY NOT

- Sublicense, rent, lease and sell any version or edition of the PRODUCT or any portion of it including the license data without the explicit written permission from Stepok Image Lab.
- Copy, share and distribute the PRODUCT or any portion of it including the license data without the explicit written permission from Stepok Image Lab.
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, clone and emulate any version or edition of the PRODUCT or any portion of it including the license data.
- Use the PRODUCT if you are not registered user.

TERM AND TERMINATION

- If you are a registered user of the PRODUCT then you may use the PRODUCT without time limitations.
- You may use any upgrade version of the PRODUCT which released within 1 year from the time you register the product.
- You may terminate this license agreement at any time by returning or destroying all copies of the PRODUCT in your possession and notifying us.
- This license agreement will terminate immediately if you infringe upon StepOK Image Lab.’s copyrights or breach this agreement. Copyright infringement or breaching this agreement may also result in criminal or civil prosecution.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This software and accompanying written materials (including instructions for use) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Further, Stepok Image Lab. does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. If the software or written materials are defective you, and not Stepok Image Lab. or its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

The above is the only warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, that is made by Stepok Image Lab., on this product. No oral or written information or advice given by Stepok Image Lab., its dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and you may not rely on any such information or advice.

Neither Stepok Image Lab. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use such product even if Stepok Image Lab.. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In states/countries where these restrictions are illegal, you are not allowed to use any of Stepok Image Lab. products!
